Studio Cancellation Policy

Love+Light requires a credit card in order to reserve a new client appointment. Your card is used to hold the reservation and will not be charged.

Per our policy, Love+Light requires a 48 hour advanced notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

 

In the event that we are within 48 hours of your reservation, Love+Light Salon Studio reserves the right, at it's descretion, to charge a cancellation fee for your time reserved. 

 

No refunds will be given on services rendered. If a redo is necessary, it will only be valid within 1 week of your original service date.
